I am the perfect blend of ministry and marketplace. A pastor, entrepreneur, author, speaker, thought leader, and builder passionate about helping people become who they were created to be.

Since 2019, I have dedicated my work to helping women strengthen their identity, clarify their vision, develop their leadership, and build lives with intention.

My approach is honest, direct, and transformational. I believe growth begins with truth, which means I'm not afraid to challenge the beliefs, habits, and limitations that keep people from becoming who they were created to be.
Because what you build will never consistently exceed who you believe you are.

I am the wife of Jackie Jones Jr., mother of two amazing children, and a proud Houston native. Alongside my husband, I serve as Co-Senior Pastor of Powerhouse Houston while leading multiple brands and initiatives dedicated to personal growth, leadership development, lifestyle, and transformation.

My passion for building comes from experience. I've known seasons of loss as well as seasons of success. I've had to rebuild, redefine, and rediscover who I was more than once.

That's why I believe every person has the ability to build again. And every great build begins within.
